This is a network designed to visually represent the ratio between the coast and the land area (or the coastline) of the countries in the world, grouped by region. The size of the vertices represents the size of the coastline of the country.

In the image of the network, you can see that a few of very small countries dominate in this category, while most of the world has a very low coast to area ratio.
